GFJ Industrial High Speed Disperser with cover for Paint Industry is to dissolve, disperse and mix materials with different viscosity. Through the very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc, the strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between the materials and toothed disc disperse, dissolve and mix the materials efficiently. The large stress forces break down the agglomerates into the liquid or paste suspension.

Machine Part Name: Double-layer Dispersing disc Material: SUS304/ SS316 The tip speed needs to reach 18~25m/s. The effect of double-layer is better than signle type, but it needs to increase the main motor power. Sizes of this dispersing disc can be customized.
	Machine Type Name: Stand floor typewith dust cover It's suitable for the disperser with 1.5~75kw motor power. It has three options of holding device: none, belt holding device and screw holding device.
Machine Type Name: Platform Type It's suitable for the disperser with 22~200kw motor power. And it can be used for one machine with one tank, or one machine with two tanks with rotation motor.
